Welcome to the official site of the Paliambela Kolindros archaeological project.
At the small village of Paliambela the archaeological investigation has uncovered evidence for the habitation and way of life of a prehistoric society dating back to 6,000 BC. Thanks to the excavation, echoes of the distant, but not so forgotten, past have been brought back to life!
